Yayasan
Sabah Group will see a milestone in its efforts to diversify its businesses
into an oil and gas development venture. With the recent major oil discoveries
offshore Sabah, the State Government has called on Yayasan Sabah to
explore and spearhead investment in refineries, petrochemical plants,
and oil and gas related activities and services. |

Petrosab Logistik Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Tasmegah Sdn. Bhd.), a joint venture subsidiary between Yayasan Sabah and Asian Supply Base Sdn. Bhd. (a wholly-owned company of Sabah Energy Corporation Sdn. Bhd., a state owned agency under the Chief Minister’s Department), was incorporated on August 14, 2004 to undertake and participate in contracts related to oil and gas. |
